Michael Farrell

Michael moved to Colorado in 1989. As an executive chef at Beanos Cabin, Saddle Ridge, and Castle Pines Country Club, Michael earned a reputation as an influential chef in the Colorado region. He then worked with Dell Web to launch 3 restaurants where he oversaw design, development and operations for Anthem - Las Vegas. From there Michael moved to Nantucket to begin a new phase in his culinary career as Proprietor and Executive Chef of the Summer House Restaurant. Under his guidance and with regular patrons such as Robert Deniro, Jim Carrey and Katie Couric the restaurant quickly became known as one of the best in New England, winning many awards including top Zagat, Dirona Award, and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
In December 2006 Michael returned to Colorado to join forces with Organic Orbit, to continue his passion as a leading chef. Michael has always believed in using clean flavors, fresh produce, free-range proteins, and menu simplicity to create great food and an authentic dining experience.
